Project Update
The VCMC Hospital Replacement Wing is about to achieve a new milestone. The Contractor has been working hard in order to achieve the goal of obtaining Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO). We anticipate receiving TCO by the end of April 2017. Achieving this goal will allow VCMC to begin installing furniture and equipment, start training staff and prepare for State licensing reviews.
During this last push to achieve TCO, there may be a need for Contractor activities to extend beyond the normal working hours. Work activities may rarely occur after 6 PM, but not after 7 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our surrounding neighbors and thank you for your support during this exciting stage of the project.
